Make Your Own Immune Boosting Formula

Here is a wonderful do it yourself immune system boosting formula that will boost up your immune system so you can heal and get over that cold or flu. If you have a chronic cold, flu, sinusitis, and other conditions that don't go away your immune system may be depleted and this formula will help.

Ingredients:

1/2 - Oz of Organic Garlic Powder

1/2 - Oz of Organic Turmeric Powder

1/2 - Oz of Organic Elderberry Fruit Extract Powder

1/2 - Oz of Organic Blueberry Leaf Powder

1/2 - Oz of Organic Ginger Powder

1/2 - Oz of Organic Astragalus Root Powder

1/2 - Oz of Organic Goji Berry Powder

1/2 - Oz of Organic Grape Seed Extract Powder

1/2 - Oz of Organic Olive Leaf Powder

1/2 - Oz of Organic Mullen Leaf Powder

1/2 - Oz of Organic Echinacea Powder

These powders can be bought on-line and even on amazon and eBay. Some are hard to find in organic but do the best you can.

Take the following powders and mix them together and then fill "OO" gelatin capsules with the powder. Take 2 capsules daily in the morning with food for 10 days and then take a week off and then start again if needed. Also, a 1/2 teaspoon of the powder can be taken with honey instead of using capsules.

Garlic is a proven immune booster that has been around for centuries and turmeric is now well known for improving health. Elderberry has been shown to shorten the length of a cold or flu and thus speed up healing. Blueberry leaf, olive leaf, and grape seed are powerful antioxidants that increase healing, ginger is another tried and proven immune booster that has been around for thousands of years. Astragalus is a powerful agent for healing and does wonders to boost up a sagging immune system. Goji berries break down into important simple sugars that surround every cell in the body to protect them from invaders. And echinacea and mullen are wonderful for giving your immune system a push in the right direction.

And of course eat lots of healing green leafy veggie, legumes, take probiotics to build up your good gut bacteria, drink lots of liquids, and make sure to take time off from work to rest— sometimes we just need to sleep so we can heal.
