It was an exceptionally busy day on that sad and troublesome day. With phone calls back to back for 8 hours I did not have any idea that the trade towers were in jeopardy. At about 5 minutes before 11:00 one of the people I had to talk too called in early. He was from Canada. He called early just to express his condolences. When he said "I am sorry to hear that, "America is under attack", I was surprised and told him I did not know what he was talking about - I looked at a co-worker sitting next to me and he went and confirmed that the towers were falling. I thanked him for his care and concern and immediately called one of the people I was scheduled to talk with later in the day - he was from Boston and was supposed to be on a flight that day. After searing about the towers he had canceled his trip for that day.

Throughout the day that person from Canada was the only one that expressed concern for America and what we were going through. Just wanted to put it out there that our neighbors to the north are the best.
