My intention and mission is to support people to navigate life transitions with mindfulness, balance and confidence.

I began my quest when I was very young, learning from the wisdom of nature and the language of the Elements. In 1993 I opened my first holistic center in Switzerland with certification in Holistic Foot Reflexology, Grinberg Method, Massage therapy and other modalities of healing.
In 1995 I traveled and studied different healing paths in Asia (thai massage, qigong, meditation, dance therapy through rituals, ..). In 1996 I worked in a Spa in Australia as holistic therapist and consultant. From 1997-2003 I practiced through South and Central America and founded the DHARMI® Method for holistic healing and self-development based on the Five Elements. It was also a time when I learned shamanism, coaching methodologies, rituals for healing_ Also I gave conferences, taught seminars, lead retreats and continued to offer private consultations.
In 2003 I moved to Florida-USA and opened my business in Miami. Since then I have continued my studies and quest as always including: Certification in Qigong, Handwriting Expert, Craniosacral therapy, Yoga Therapy, Meditation,.. I also continue to lead retreats, to give conferences, retreats internationally_ and focus mainly with private consultations, classes and training.
My programs are available in english, spanish and french.
I offer DHARMI-YOGA® RYS-500 Teacher Training (LDYT), Yoga-Water Specific Training YACEP_ and train Licensed DHARMI® Consultants, Falicitators: LDC & LDF.
