Farrah Yaspe (E-RYT 200/ RYT 500) began her yoga practice in 2007 and started teaching in 2008. She became an Anusara Inspired teacher in 2012. A constant yoga and life student, she has taught public & private yoga classes in Costa Rica and Miami. Currently headquartered in Idaho, Farrah offers public & private classes, retreats, workshops, teacher trainings, development & mentoring programs, as well as her signature program: "Creating a meaningful life: incorporating yoga practices into your daily routine" around the US, and online.
She completed her 300 hour- training with Noah Maze, and has studied with a variety of internationally recognized yoga teachers such as: Jaye Martin, Kenneth Graham, BJ Galvan, and Martin Kirk, just to name a few. She has deepen her philosophy studies with Bill Mahony, Douglas Brooks, and Paul Muller Ortega.
She focuses on facilitating the process of creating inner awareness by guiding her students to use their bodies as a tool for self-exploration, empowering them to realize their own potential while fostering commitment through a safe environment. Armed with a BA in psychology, complemented with coaching skills and a background in Human Resources, Farrah guides students to transfer their yoga from the mat into their lives, using their practice as a path to increased awareness, self-growth, and empowerment to move towards their desired life goals.
